Not great place for families

Cleaning staff was nice and tried hard to keep things somewhat decent and the location is near a lot of places to eat which is a plus

I recently spent one night in a King Room and was blown away by the comfy bed and amazing jacuzzi. The lobby's unique flooring is a must-see! I can't wait to visit again!

Clean room, spacious room with air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi that made it easy to connect while I explored nearby restaurants and convenience stores.

The bed was really hard and there was only one towel. The room had a weird smell, broken windows, and no locks on the door. It felt unsafe, and I even saw some shady people going in and out. The bedding had stains, and we had to go buy our own stuff from Walmart just to get through the night.

During my stay, I enjoyed the friendly service and comfortable bed. The location offered great dining options. On the downside, the cleanliness could be improved, but overall, it was a gratifying experience. Perfect for a quick stopover.

Could be better

Staying here was a bit rough. The room smelled like smoke despite being a non-smoking one, and there were weird stains on the sheets. The bathroom sink didn't have a handle, which was super annoying. On the plus side, the price was decent. Just wish the staff cared more. Indoor pool was nice, though!

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement

I spent one night in the King Room Smoking. The room was clean, but the outdated furnishings detracted from the experience. Consider bringing your own toiletries as the shower head was rusty. The staff exhibited mixed attitudes. the front desk could use more training in customer service.

It was just a decent option for a short weekend trip in Houston with definitely value for money. The strong smell of cigarettes in the non-smoking room was pretty off-putting but we made the best of it. Bring your own cleaning supplies if you're sensitive to dust and dirt.
